At The Leadership Academy, we support and develop culturally responsive leaders who are capable of enacting systemic levels of change to improve outcomes for all students. 

With the help of so many, we have made incredible impact over our first 20 years: 

• Across New York City alone, we have graduated nearly 600 school and school system leaders– 65% of whom were leaders of color and 66% of whom were women.  
• Nationwide, we have become a premier partner to education systems, supporting nearly 14,000 leaders in transforming student learning in 430 school systems across 39 states.  
• Ultimately, 11.5 million students in the United States are learning in school systems with stronger leaders. 

This year we are looking to raise funds to support our nationwide programming and launch our Alumni Network. 

The visionary leaders we have supported over the years are working hard to create inclusive educational spaces that foster innovation and global citizenship. They continue to seek and deserve ongoing learning, collaboration, and idea exchange as they lead the difficult work of creating transformational education. The new Alumni Network will embody this vision and will help ensure our collective impact has exponential potential.
